Security Detail Traveling With the Party
Where a security detail travels with the principal, seat count and baggage both change. If any member of the detail is traveling armed, that is a question to raise at first call, because it involves the operator and Mexican authorities and it is not a decision a broker makes on the day.

- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.

Mexico Patterns We Plan Around
Two things shape almost every Mexico charter regardless of the reason for the trip. The first is lead time. Landing and customs permits are applied for after a trip has been secured on the aircraft schedule, and the timeline is sometimes set by the local airport authorities, so the earlier you book, the more room we have to work with. The second is elevation. Toluca, the main Mexico City private jet gateway, sits at 8,460 feet, and on a warm afternoon its density altitude can pass 11,000 feet, which changes what an aircraft can lift.
